These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text-messaging program operated by Hero’s Heating and Air, LLC, doing business as Hero’s Heating & Air.

Program Description

Hero’s Heating & Air uses text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about requested HVAC services.

Messages may include:

  • Responses to customer inquiries
  • Service-request communications
  • Scheduling and rescheduling
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Technician arrival notifications
  • Technician delay notifications
  • Job-status and service-status updates
  • Requests for information needed to perform service
  • Estimates
  • Invoices
  • Customer support

The program is intended for conversational and service-related communications. It is not used to send third-party or affiliate marketing messages.

How to Opt In

You may consent to service-related text messages by:

  • Selecting the optional SMS-consent checkbox on a Hero’s Heating & Air website form
  • Texting Hero’s Heating & Air at (541) 821-1615
  • Providing affirmative consent to an authorized Hero’s Heating & Air employee by telephone or in person
  • Using another clearly disclosed consent method provided by Hero’s Heating & Air

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to grant consent for that number.

After your opt-out request is processed, you may receive one final confirmation message. No additional program messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.

Changes to the Program or Terms

Hero’s Heating & Air may modify or discontinue the text-messaging program or update these terms. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
